For your convenience an order form is provided.

Prices

All prices are in Australian currency and include Goods & Services Tax (GST). 

Overseas customers do not pay GST providing the goods are for delivery outside Australia. To calculate prices for orders from outside Australia, subtract 1/11 of the listed price. 

We will keep our prices as stable and up-to date as possible. However they are subject to change without notice with publisher price increases, significant exchange rate variations, or to correct unintentional errors.

Payment

Payment must accompany all personal customer orders.

Credit cards (Visa, Master card & Bank card) are acceptable for MAIL, PHONE, FAX & EMAIL orders as well as personal callers. The following information is requested when ordering:

1. Name and full address (for mailing)

2. Name on credit card

3. Card number and expiry date

4. Signature (mail & fax orders)

Private cheques are accepted however goods will not be mailed for 7 days to allow cheque clearance.

Societies, Libraries, Schools and Booksellers:

1. All orders must have a Purchase Order number

2. Payment on invoice is required within 30 days.

Postage and Packaging  

When we process your order our freight charges will be added. For standard parcels within Australia this will be $10.00. For small parcels (eg small single items) the price will be $8.00.

Libraries are invoiced less a 10% discount and postage/handling is to be added to the price.

** N** denotes nil discount applicable.

Back Orders

Orders for any item not immediately available will be recorded. The item will be sent as soon as possible, unless you request that we do not back order.

Special Orders

For items not normally held, a 10% deposit is required at the time of ordering. This is not refundable should you not wish to purchase the product.
