Speaker De siree Pettit\, Archives Officer of Bendigo Regiona l Archives Centre (BRAC) will explain their record s\, support guides and services\, and the digital land records portal now available.\n \n

BRAC is a joint partnership between the City of Gr eater Bendigo\, the Public Record Office of Victor ia (PROV) and the Goldfields Library Corporation. BRAC is a Class A Place of Deposit (POD) and is qu alified to care for permanent public records as sp ecified in the Victorian Public Records Act 1973.< br />\n The BRAC reading room and on-site reposito ry\, which houses half a kilometre of frequent-use records\, are located at Bendigo Library. A large \, purpose-built\, off site repository houses the majority of the BRAC collection and is maintained by skilled staff.

The Victoria and Tasmania Discussion Circle is for GSV members rese arching their family history in these two States. This meeting will take place on Zoom\, and registr ants will receive an email with the Zoom link.
