Members of each Society should book through their own Society.
The RHSV has collected and maintained an ‘Historical Register of Persons who arrived or were born in Victoria before 1900, and/or their descendants’. The Register contains more than 2200 forms with information that includes full name, date and place of birth, name of parents, arrival information and in some cases, photographs, amongst other details. This talk will explore the Register and provide information regarding how to access the data.
Speaker: Jillian Hiscock is the Collections Manager at the RHSV. She has had a career working in public and special libraries, and managing government department libraries and intranets.
